The dictatorship of the proletariat is a concept in Marxist theory that describes a transitional state between capitalism and communism. It refers to the rule of the working class over the bourgeoisie, where the proletariat holds political power and uses it to suppress the capitalist class. The goal of this dictatorship is to eventually wither away as class distinctions dissolve, leading to a classless society. **

The dictatorship of the proletariat was a concept developed by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels to describe the transitional period between the overthrow of the capitalist system and the establishment of a classless society. According to Marx and Engels, the proletariat, or the working class, would need to establish a temporary dictatorship in order to suppress the bourgeoisie and reorganize society along socialist lines. This dictatorship was not meant to be a repressive regime, but rather a necessary phase of revolutionary transformation, during which the working class would hold political power and work towards the eventual withering away of the state and the establishment of a communist society. **

The term "proletarian" refers to a member of the working class, particularly those who do not own the means of production and must sell their labor in order to survive. The term "proletariat" refers to the entire working class as a social and economic class, distinct from the bourgeoisie or capitalist class. The concept of the proletariat is central to Marxist theory, which sees the class struggle between the proletariat and the bourgeoisie as a driving force in history. **

It is difficult to make a definitive statement about the long-term impact of the suffocation of the Yellow Vest movement on the proletariat. While the movement did not achieve all of its immediate goals, it did bring attention to issues of economic inequality and social injustice. The movement also sparked conversations about the working class and their struggles, which could potentially lead to long-term changes in policies and attitudes towards the proletariat. However, the suppression of the movement may have also discouraged future protests and resistance from the working class. Overall, the impact on the proletariat in the long term remains to be seen. **

The popularity of cycling or skiing can vary depending on the location and time of year. In general, cycling tends to be more popular in urban areas and during the warmer months, while skiing is more popular in mountainous regions and during the winter. However, it's difficult to determine which activity is followed more overall without specific data on participation rates in different regions and seasons. **

The excitement level of ice hockey versus soccer is subjective and can vary depending on personal preferences. Ice hockey is known for its fast-paced, physical nature with constant action and scoring opportunities. On the other hand, soccer is a more strategic game with longer periods of build-up play and intense moments during goal-scoring opportunities. Both sports have passionate fan bases and offer unique thrills, making it difficult to definitively say which is more exciting. **

It is highly unlikely that soccer will replace American football, basketball, baseball, and ice hockey as the most popular sports in the USA. These sports have deep-rooted cultural and historical significance in American society, and they have large and dedicated fan bases. Additionally, American football, basketball, baseball, and ice hockey have well-established professional leagues and infrastructure in the USA, which would make it difficult for soccer to overtake them in popularity. While soccer has been growing in popularity in the USA, it is more likely to continue to coexist alongside these other sports rather than replace them. **

Ice hockey is often perceived as more brutal than soccer due to the physical nature of the sport, which includes body checking and fighting. However, both sports have their own unique physical demands and risks of injury. While ice hockey may have more violent collisions, soccer players also face the risk of serious injuries such as concussions and ACL tears. Ultimately, the level of brutality in each sport can vary depending on the intensity of the competition and the actions of the players involved. **
